CRAFT Fitness system installed and successfully operated in "Gold's Fitness" sport club at "Golden Mile" shopping and entertainment center. Before installation the comprehansive analysis of all business processes in a club was done and the corresponding tuning was inplemented in a system. Also, all important data were transfered from previous program system to the CRAFT Fitness system, in order to avoid loss of business-critical information. The fitness club at "Golden Mile" shopping and entertainment center is a part of common "Gold's Fitness" chain. In order to ensure that the club clients receive the same level of service in all clubs in a chain, the automated data exchange provess between different clubs is implemented.
